Do you prefer take a position in a company or go into the business for yourself?

In my daily life, I spend the special part of the day by working as an engineer in the company. Until now, I worked for some companies but I think that it is better for me to go in a business for myself instead of working for companies because of some reasons.
First of all, I think that when I work for myself ,I will try to mine best because the results of my career will refers back to myself. In addition, I will try to make a least yearly progress because I will receive the benefits Furthermore, I do not have to work only on special times a day; instead I can wake up late on the morning and work until night and do a job on holidays. For instance, one of my friends has his own company and work for his company very hard to make the company more successful.
Secondly, I think that someone could get more benefits by having him or herself a job because they will be only one person who can get the most profit and he or she does not have to divide the benefits with someone else. Moreover he or she could plan to the factory by no opposite ideas. For example last year our company got more benefits from its trade but there was no increase in my salary as a clerk.
The third reason is that if someone has a job for him or herself, that job will be most likely his or her favorite job and he or she must not have done a job which she does not like or either hate.
From this I think you have got my idea about the type of job that I do prefer. I finally come to the conclusion that I prefer to go in a business for my self because I want to receive more benefits, do the best that I can and also work whenever I want.
