What is a very important skill should learn in order to be successful in the world today? Choose one skill and use specific reasons and examples to support your choice
One skill needed to be successful in the world today
People succeed DOESN'T MERELY DEPEND on having one or more certain skills. IN fact, it’s various skills that contribute to success. However, if I have to choose THE MOST USEFUL SKILL, it WOULD be the ability to LEARN from mistakes.
ON the one hand, nobody is capable of doing everything perfect, that is to say, human always MAKES mistakes before accomplishing their goals. Some people are ready to quit when they meet difficulties and make mistakes in the first place. THEY usually become disappointed, lose their self-confidence AND END UP AS A useless FOR their whole lives although they COULD virtually do everything BETTER simply by trying ONE more TIMES. While to those successful people in the world, none of them could acquire success at the their first try. For example, Henry Ford, WHO is known for his innovative assembly line and American-made cars, HAD TO WORK REALLY HARD FOR HIS SUCCESS. IN FACT, his early businesses failed and left him broke five times before he founded the successful Ford Motor Company.
On the other hand, we should realize that in reality, achieving success is not the accumulation of failure, but to fail to summarize and beyond failure (SORRY, I DON'T REALLY GET YOUR IDEA IN THIS ONE). If you are not aware of it, it will cause the "failure more and more successful" that absurd conclusion. Taking mathematics for example, the famous parallel axiom had been doubted for thousands of years, numerous mathematicians tried AND FAIL TO VERIFY IT. Numerous mathematicianS engaged in parallel axiom lifelong but had no achievement AND ended in despair till their deaths. While problems like a bottomless pit - despoiling the people's wisdom without giving any returns, after SO MANY FAILURES, a Russian mathematician found out the truth. His success WAS BASED ON his SUMMARIES and ANALYSIS OF HIS PREVIOUS failureS. Thus, "failure is the mother of success" is an objective law, but IN ORDER to turn transform failure to reality (?!?), still should pass a continuous exploration and scientific analysis, learning from failure to guide future work (WHERE IS THE SUBJECT OF THE LATTER PHRASE?!?).
Admittedly, people prone to failure, which easy to lose heart, therefore, only when we master the skill of learning from failure, WE can see hope from disappointment, and BECOME a successful person in the future.
P.S: I don't think this essay was good, because I think the points were not strongly support my main point, but I just don't know how to elaborate my essay. I'm so confused!

Hi Sabrina,
Please take times to review this essay. Your ideas are good. However, you seem to get lost when you want to express your ideas. There are so many lengthy sentences with grammatical errors. Focus more on your grammar next time. Try to use short sentences. If it requires more than 1 sentence to transmit your ideas, feel free to do so. Do not write everything in one sentence and make it become nonsense. Hope it could help. _________________ Hope for the best, be prepared for the worst! |

Hi,Gianglp
Thank you.
About the second point, what I meat was that sometimes people would think that success is the accumulation of failure, that's to say they would think if they failure enough, they would be successful. (Do you think that's a good point?) |
