I strongly believe that one should never make an important decision alone.I personally would never indulge in taking extremely crucial decisions alone, especially if it will have a bearing on others.Some of the highlighting (PARTICULAR) reasons that makes (MAKE) me beleive (BELIEVE) that important decisions should often be taken after consultation with other associated members are stated below.
Firstly, important decisions are often made under a time constraint.This results in tension, stress and anxiety creeping into the decision maker. This happens as result of fear- the fear of failure and the need to take the entire resposibility if the outcome is not successful. This can easily be avoided if such decisons are made by the entire team or with associated co-workers or friends.The entire group can take responsibility for both success and failure.
Secondly, It is natural that one (YOU) will feel a tremendous pressure when asked to make split second vital decisions all by himselves (YOURSELF). During the making of extremely crucial decisions, a lot of thinking has to be done.All important points and underlying constraints will have to be looked into before the final decision is made. Under such circumstances it is natural for a single independant (INDEPENDENT) man, working alone, to accidentally overlook minor and underlying details.This happens partly because of pressure and partly because of negligence.These shortcomings can be rectified if the decision is made with co-workers or friends or family members.This will help to relieve stress, anxiety and pressure.
The (above stated) points (LISTED/STATED ABOVE) are the main reasons why most of the huge corporates (CORPORATIONS), public and private sector firms, multinational companies,factories and other industries have the concept of team work imbibed (IMBUED/INSTILLED) in them.These are some of the reasons why I full heartedly (WHOLEHEARTEDLY) agree that important decisions should never be made alone. |
