When students move to a new school, they sometimes face problems. How can schools help these students with their problems? Use specific reasons and examples to explain your answer.
New students may face problems in a new school. They have to get help from school to overcome from problems. Some of students may be from other country, they might find different environment in school. For those students, school have to help them to adjust new environment. Examples and reasons how students get help from school are as fallows.
Students who are from different country will find totally different environment in schools. For example, in their country they were personally submitting documents for admission and they have to personally go and register for courses in school office. New school might have online facility to register everything. That time they need assistance to go through the process. New school have to provide assistance to overcome from problems. School have to conduct programs to understand the school environment and encourage to ask any doubts.
School have to conduct introductory class to know each other in class, from that students will make friends and they can interact with each other for studies and other activities.Making friends will help them in different aspects. For example, friends can help each other when they miss a class. They can make a group to study or to play. They can interact to solve problems.
School have to encourage students to participate in sports, cultural programs. New student might have not participated in any sports or other programs in their old schools, they have to get encouragement from new school. Participating will help them to come out from stage fear. Using facilities in new school, they will become independent and strong.
In conclusion, schools have to help new students to adjust for new environment. School have to take the responsibility to help students to solve their problems.
