Which is this correct sentence:

1. 'Please Approve this' (observe the capital letter A)
2. 'Can you approve this'
3. 'He approved this'

In sentence 1 - Approve = approving some thing (an action ???)

Hi,

'Approve' as a verb is usually used to mean 'accept as satisfactory' together with the preposition 'of'. You would therefore say: I approve of your plan to increase production. I don't approve of the way she has behaved. Do you approve of the way the country is being governed?
