Problems with site

Excuse me, one of my friends asked me to send this message to you:

Thank you for lunching this great website. I registered as "****" but unfortunately I didn't receive the activation email (even among the Spams). It was very hard to find a way to contact with you because at the main page there is no "Contact" link or email address and the worst of all, the contact form doesn't work (after clicking on the "Send" button, it says there is some server problems). I even tried to call you and leaved you a message in Skype but no results yet.

So, shortly my username is "****" and it's inactive. May I ask you please do me a favor and check out this problem for me.

Contact form doesn't work, I don't have permission to send a private message and there is no email address for contacting with support staffs. So I had to write it here but As you see I censored the username. I've really no idea how I can send you that username privately.

There are at least four ways:
1) Post the username here and I will activate it.
2) Send it via the contact form: http://shop.english-test.net/contact
3) Send it to me private message
4) Send it via email (simply reply to one of the email lessons you receive from me)
