Hi,

Do you want to know how people in different parts of the world speak English? If you log on to this site http://www.bl.uk/evolvingenglish/mapabout.html

you can hear how they speak. You can even register and add your voice, too. Why not listen? Click on the word 'Listen' and then when you see the map of the world, click on one of the red or green circles to hear how they speak there.

Alan

Thank you, Alan. The story of Mr.Tickle proved to be very funny. The easiest to comprehend were the narrators from USA and Canada. Thanks again.
Best regards.

Hi Alan,

It's very entertaining to listen to such a veritable cornucopia of accents from all over the world, even from countries where English isn't spoken.
