Hello all,
could someone please read my text and tell me whether or not it sounds english enough?

Two easy going Czech guys are looking for a roommate right in the heart of London square. The apt is situated on the 3rd floor of a 5? storey building, fully furnished, xxx m2,. The room itself is separated from the kitchen by 2 big wardrobes, privacy is however secured. Price: xxx. Do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
