Would you please explain it the definition of 'at delegating' in this listening exercise She seems very efficient at delegating http://www.english-test.net/toeic/listening/have_you_filed_all_those_documents_about_the_accident.htmlIs it a noun?and also please explain about the preposition ‘at’ in this sentence.
