Hi everybody! this is my fifth essay. I will be grateful if you spend a little time to check and grade it out of 10. Thank you!:)
What do you want most in a friend-someone who is intelligent, or someone who has a sense of humor, or someone who is reliable?

A good friend is a person who always ready to help you and has a great sense of humor. Also a best friend should be intelligent to share his or her knowledge with you. A lot of books were written and a great amount of movies were made about true friendship. But if I could choose only one characteristic of my friend I would choose the reliability because of the following reasons.

Firstly,a reliable friend always near you while your ups and downs. You can rely on his/her for better for worse. This person will give you an essential advice and put you on the right way.

Secondly,a reliable friend always ready to support you. For example, if you have problems in the college or fall an exam, your friend will assuage you and advise to start all over.
A reliable friend will never leave along if nobody wants to see. And will be near till the end.If the friendship between two people is a strong, they will be friends forever.

As for me, I have this kind of friend. And we have been being friends for more then 10 years. I remember the day when I first met her until now. However, because of our busy lives we have not enough time to see each other every day. One way or the other, we talk on the phone almost every evening, share our feelings, problems and news. It is very pleasant to be with her around. I know she is a reliable friend and will never let me down. I love her and I am thankful for her friendship.

Well , it`s hard to choose any one of them because i am sure all of us would want all these wonderful qualities in our friends. Friend is such a great gift of God. We humans come across different situations in our life and sometimes we go blank handling them. There comes our friends because in such moments of life we need someone that we can talk to or rely on for their guidance. Intelligent is a good quality but sometimes we need more than that which is of course relying on your friend in your hard and tough times. So i reckon a friend with brains can help us out in our difficult times and we can rely on them.Its about a complete package.
