Which is the best way to improve the quality of education

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The best way to improve the quality of education in a country is to increase theacher's salaries.

In present-day society. education has become a worldwide topic, how to improve the quality of education is what people concerned about most. Do rise teachers' salaries is the best way to promote education quality? Of course not! there are many ways to do so, such as promote teachers' quality, increase educational facilities and rise teachers' social status.

Teachers' education quality is the most significant thing in improve education quality. As an old saying goes "failed student only comes from unskillful teacher". Tommy is my primary school classmates, who was study so well our in primary school, and due to a variety of reasons he entered to a bad secondary school, after graduated from primary school, and eventually he was destoryed by the pool education there, as he said it was because teachers there cann't provide enough knowledge and satisfied with what they have done, and these create a bad impression to those students that they have learn enough knowldege and do not have to study anymore.

Also, lack of educational facilities is another problem that restrict the improve of education. Many of us have had the experience of doing experiment in turns, that is because school cann't provide us enough lab. Take myself experience for example, when I was in college, the teacher sperate our class into 4 groups to do chemistry experiment, but only a few of us had done that experiment in that semester, most of us have to wait, untill the lab is available.

Besides, the low status of a teacher is worth to consider, many people who have the ability to be teacher, do not want to be a teacher, that is because others doesn't show enough respect to teacher, that's repersent that children in school cann't receive the best education.

All in all, the ways to promote education quality is vary, increase teachers' salaries is one of them, build more educational facilities, improve teachers' quality and promote teachers' status are also the ways to rise education quality, we cann't judge which one is the best only by our own interest.
