Hi, I think learning how to type is not hard at all. To tell you the truth, I learned it in just one day and my typing speed is normal.
I guess you want to know if it is really possible to learn it in just one day. I answer yes, but how ? There are many typing softwares which learn you to type fast, and you can use them to learn without taking any classes and courses. But for me typing isn't hard, writting English is a little bit hard. you know if my English were good, I could write this short message in seconds, but because of my poor English it took me about fifteen minutes to think what to write and put the sentences together and post it on the forum. I guess this is the reason why most students only read messages but never write anything themselves.

I think that Hussein 2100 hit the nail on the head. Some of them think that they can be an object of ridicule but I do not think they should be troubled by this. They should try like me and slowly but surely English will get better.

I think I'm lucky, because I know how to type faster. when I was in my teens, I studied to became a bilingual secretary, so I took typing and shorthand courses. I don't know how many words I can write in a minute now, but I can type very fast and without looking at the keyboard. Before I used to type on electric machines, but when I started typing in the computer it was the same thing. If you have the opportunity to take a course in typing it will help you a lot.

The only to learn to properly is to take a course (either a traditional class or an online course). At any rate you need to learn how to systematically. You can't try to figure out how to place your fingers yourself.

i am very slow in typing english first because it isn't my mother langue, second even i have my own computor at work but i feel it is very easy to give our secterary what i need to type in english which will safe my time,but during my work through internet i use to type like what i do now which takes ten minutes to types word (it is terrible)
