I would like someone to correct this essay, and I am so thankful in advance. The topic is about the media.

I agree that television, newspaper, and other media pay too much attention to the personal lives of famous people for many reasons. In the first place is an amplification of the news to make it appealing to the public. Media makes some people’s trivial mistakes like disasters and some silly ideas to be unforgettable national project. Secondly, media does not only interfere in people’s business but it interferes in their private lives. Moreover, media have affected many people’s lives by disclosing their privacy. The third reason is paparazzi that are their jobs to chase and take pictures for prominent people. I believe such as these jobs are nuisance to people and society.
The media’s job is to portray the events as they are without exaggerating, but unfortunately the media try to make the news interesting and attractive to societies by amplifying and analyzing some points that actually are not there. Some media may have agenda when they amplify and highlight some people’s failures or success. Media have made some normal people heroes in the eyes of people by exaggerating their success in some aspects of their lives. On the other hand, media have devastated some people by amplifying their travail mistakes. For example, Sami Aljaber is a Saudi soccer player, he is not that good but the media made him a national hero. In contras t with Mardona, he was one of the best soccer players in the world, but media focused on his defects until he got destroyed.
Privacy is very important to people’s life and some people do not want to share their privacy even with their wives or parents, let alone the media. Some people think that if they disclose their privacy, they will lose their prestige and respect. They have sort of principles and values. Media do not take these considerations into account and do not confess these principles and values, their principles and values are how to attract the maximum people to make the maximum profit. Unfortunately, media trade people’s privacy to make news appealing to the society. Nowadays, society is addicted to know the public figure’s privacy because of the exaggerating of the media. Many people have affected by disclosing their privacy, media was a cause in destroying spouse relationships or defaming people.
Before I talk about paparazzi, we need to know what paparazzi are. (“Paparazzi are an Italian term used to refer to photojournalist who specializes in candid photography of celebrity, politicians, and other prominent people” From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). The definition of those people shows how much they are dangerous to society and public figures. Paparazzi were a cause in Diana’s accident, when her driver was trying to avoid paparazzi that were chasing her wherever she went. The other paparazzi were waiting at the exit of the tunnel to take a photo for her. When paparazzi took the photos the flash of the camera made blurred vision for the driver ended up in accident.


These facts show that the media have exaggerated news to make it exciting and interesting, regardless to the principles and values of people and society. Many people have affected negatively or positively by amplifying their news. The media focus on celebrities and public figure’s privacy to attract the maximum people to gain the highest profit. Moreover, Paparazzi who are their jobs to chase celebrities and public figures to take unique pictures and sell them to the media. I believe such as these jobs are nuisance to people and society.
