Here is the price indications and other services include from Agtex, for your reference please:
Warehouse for lease (total acreage is from 2000 - 4000sqm)
- 1.5 - 1.6 USD/sqm/month
- Location : Loteco Industrial zone, Dong Nai province.
- Security within the industrial park is available 24/24h

Other services:
1. Transportation : 50,000VND/mt ( from Dong Nai port to warehouse)
2. Fork-lift truck : 950,000VND/shift ( 8hours/shift)
3. Loading fee : 9.000VND/mt (apply to the 40 - 50 kg bags commodity)
4. Electricity : 1,600VND/Kwh
5. Water : 8,200VND/m3

Noted: All the prices would be changed depend on the commodity and the destination.
VAT 10% isn't applicable.
