Please tell me which one is correct?

A: His performance is better compared to yesterday.
B: His performance is better compared yesterday.
C: His performance is better compared to before.
D: His performance is better compared before.

Hi Nie,

The point to remember is that the comparison is between the performance now and the performance yesterday and not a comparison between the performance now and yesterday. To be correct you need to say:

His performance is better compared to yesterday's.

or

His performance is better compared to what it was before.
