I want to ask one question::: which sentence is correct

1... It depends on person to person
2... It depends upon person to person
3... It depends from person to person

or we should write that it depends on person's view

Please help me...

1... It depends on the person
2... It depends upon the person
3... It differs from person to person.

may be you get some idea from my sentences..
