Imagine that this below is a table and a Windows Word Processor has been used.

1.___Cargo handling facilities__________Fork-lift truck up to 6,500 KG
2.___Fuel/ Oil types_________________Jet fuel A-1
3.___Fuelling facilities/ Capacity_______Petrol browser with capacity of 24,000 L
4.___De/Anti-icing facilities___________De/Anti-icing vehicle FMC TM1800 (Nr. 01) with capacity of 1,800 US gallons (6,813 L)
__________________________________De/Anti-icing vehicle JBT AeroTech Tempest (Nr. 02) with additional Air-First Option and enclosed cabin.
__________________________________Glycol based aircraft de-icer Safewing MP II Flight, producer Clariant, 50% and 100% available
5.___Hangar space for visiting aircraft__N/A
6.___Repair facilities for visiting aircraft_N/A
7.___Remarks_______________________NIL

I am interested in knowing grammar rules when filling in tables.
Please correct this table.

For example, should I have written
1. Cargo Handling Facilities, instead of Cargo handling facilities
2. Fuel/ Oil Types, instead of Fuel/ Oil types
3. Fueling Facilities/ Capacity, instead of Fueling facilities/ Capacity

So the main question is about when capital letters should be used in tables as this one is.

Thanks

It depends on the individual requirements, but I can't imagine many people who would not be satisfied with it as it is. They are items rather than headings. (Heading would require capital letters for every main word.)
