we should use will when it is 100% sure,or universal truth,would is past of will,would is used when an incident is going to be taken place,but not surely.

So lets clear this up properly eh!

Will is ...... A prediction, a promise, an expectation, an impulsive descision, or a strong intention. (to start!)

"Would" is an analysis word to describe things that might be if let/made to happen ..... This is with exception to its use in questions!!

If "would" is used with "have" then we have the situation where we talk about the past and what might have happened but didn't.

But the story is really bigger! Take the salami and eats bits of it, don't try to summarise a language parts in one or two bites.
