People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life. Some read, some exercise; others work in their gardens. What do you think are the best ways to reducing stress? Use specific details as examples in your answer.

A situation can be difficult and if worked towards one can definitely find a solution for one. Stress can be caused by various reasons that can be because of health, personal or professional life, travel and numerous reasons that are difficult to deal with. So we can say stress and difficulties go hand in hand.

Different people deal in different ways for their problems and stressful life. If I am in a difficult situation I try to look back and see if there was ever a similar situation and how did I handle it. What was the outcome of the solution that I took? What is beneficial or did I land myself into more trouble?

As far as stress goes I sometimes catch up with my exercise (yoga and pilates ) as it helps me relax and calm down, takes away all the load of tension and trouble for a while. When I wake up after yoga mediation I find a new myself within and then look at the problem that I am in and try to find a solution to it. It is helped me gain confidence and now I keep reminding myself of the very basic fact of life – live in the present situation that is what is important, yesterday is gone and will never ever come back and tomorrow is yet to come – so enjoy every moment of the present situation.

Reading is my passion and I love to read a lot. I some circumstances when I am tensed with a personal matter that involves my family and kids and cannot concentrate I catch with reading and love to be lost in the fiction world that the author has written. Reading does help too. It takes you to a whole new world, and helps you take off your mind from current tensed situations.

Gardening is another hobby that people love and spend time with plants and in their garden. Looking closely at the nature and enjoying it. Be it early morning or an afternoon gardening is one another passion people are crazy about especially in western countries.

Hence there is no such best or worth way to help reduce stress, but it depends on an individual to what works bets for him.

Hence there is no such THING AS THE best or THE MOST worthWHILE way to help reduce stress (, but) BECAUSE it depends on (an) THE individual to what0 AND WHAT works bets BEST for him.
