There is no single standard way to read phone numbers. Here are some:

Five-one-four, four-four-oh (zero)-two-two-five-eight.
Five-one-four, double-four-zero (oh)-double-two-five-eight.
Five-one-four, four-four-oh (zero)-twenty-two-fifty-eight
