When should I take the TOEIC® Test again?

Dear teachers,
I used to take the TOEIC test in 2006. My points is 850 and it is valid only two years. I am not sure if my score will be better when I take it again. There are 200 questions for only two hours that means I have less than one minute for each. I need some techniques or the quickest way to do the test.
