"Let's call it quits and go home."
I think this sentence means we stop work & go home.
Am I not right?
Can I not say: "Let's call it quit and go home."

Hi,

This expression needs 'quits'.

It can mean to stop what you are doing or it can be asking for agreement on sharing the cost for example of what has to be paid as in: You have paid for the tickets and I have paid for the travel. Both come to almost the same amount so let's call it quits.
