Hello Saneta,
My nephew is fond of saying:
"It's an invitation, not a challenge".

You are able to help yourself to as many servings from the extensive menu as you want. You pay one fixed price and there is no limit placed upon you by the restaurant as to how much you can have.

Generally, people stop before they get to the point where they quite literally are physically unable to swallow another bite.

Few years ago, we went to the "buffet". We were a team, consisted of ten persons. I realized with the capacity of my tummy, that's why I ate "smartly", not wanting to be greedy. My purpose was just wanted to complete all, from appetizer to dessert, without missing any. For completing, I had to eat in a little portion in each step.

For appetizer, I had soup, and main course, I took well-done steak with some french fries. For the dessert I picked up ice cream and a little fresh fruits. But, there were some friends who did not prepare for it, they ate much in appetizer and main course. We can imagine what's happened. They had been full before tasting any delicious dessert....Greedy men always being the lost ones.

They only watched me which could enjoy closing meal, nice and tasty dessert. Being so full, they were unable to swallow a little fresh fruits or another deserts. Really need to be smart even only in the case of enjoying meal... They were really gulped for being unable to taste the desert, but their tummy could not being compromised and for "exchange", to relieve their disappointment, they put some apples in their pocket. OMG! Really funny. Fortunately, they could not be captured by security guard....hehehe

Some of us prefer the entree to the dessert, Pipiii.

Mister Micawber:
Nothing wrong with that. What do you think, with a decision to bring home some fruits? To minimize the loss? I think it's weird. I have to think hundred times for doing that, I am just worried if there's hidden camera....:}
