Teen-age is the most important time of any person's life. While, youngsters because of their impressionable mind are in strict supervision of the family members, teachers and relatives, adults are occupied with the responsibilities of family and strenuous life of job. Teenagers on the other hand enjoy life and prepare themselves for future endeavor through education as well as real time experience. However, to succeed, a person need to be responsible and teen-age is the perfect time to comprehend the meaning of responsibility, which can be incorporated by having job experience.

To succeed in life, it is important to be independent. Work in a professional environment; produces real time situation which cannot be experienced during class room study, enabling a person to encounter the hurdles faced in life. Critical thinking to curb the difficulties imparts the independency. Besides being independent, teenage earns money from the occupation, which in turns helps him and his family from financial aspects, decreasing the financial burden from the family. Consider an example of middle class family, unable to meet the high expenses of the university education. By working, a teenager will not only contribute in improving the financial condition of the family but also will ensure good education for himself.

Furthermore by having a job, teenager gains experience and become more mature. Occupation brings responsibility, enabling a person to tackle different situation in repulsive situations, which in turn enhance the level of maturity. Such a person not only comprehends the circumstances easily but also avoids the repetition of enigmatic conditions from the experience gained. A mature and experienced person can succeed in any future endeavour of life.

No enjoy and strenuous work environment makes a person life dull but life full of enjoys without any responsibility consume the precious time of life. Working in a suitable environment will enable a teenage to be more mature, experienced, apart from providing financial help. So, I support to have jobs while teenagers are still student.
