Hi, I am not a teacher, but as a native speaker, I would be happy to comment on your essay. You have done a fine job - just a few problems with some of the tenses of your verbs and making your nouns plural. Most of the other changes are just suggestions to make your sentences more concise and easy to understand.

Hi, Please evaluate my essay, thank you!
The best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teachers' salaries
With the rapid develop[ment] of society, more and more people [have] start[ed] to realize the importance of education. Many people believe that the best way to improve the quality of education is to increase the salaries of teacher[teachers' salaries]. However, I think there must be better ways.
It is undeniable that [a] higher salary will attract more talented people to become teachers. But the increase of[in] the total number of teacher{s} doesn’t guarantee better education quality. It is possible that some people [will] want to take teaching as their job["become teachers" or "choose teaching as a career"] only because of the good money. And the quality level{"level of quality" sounds better} will even be brought down if too many people who only care about money flood into the field of education.
Therefore, rather than give raise{s} to all the teachers, the government should put its effort on how to train [into training] good teachers. Teacher{s} should know their subjects well, but knowing how to communicate with their students, and guide[guiding] them to acquire the knowledge efficiently is even more crucial. It is not surprising that a math teacher who can solve a complex mathematic[mathematical] puzzle in no time fails to attract his students to focus on his lecture. {this sentence seems a little awkward} If the government can finance the training programs for teachers like public lecturing,[and] child psychology, the education quality will also be improved.
Moreover, the government should also finance schools with up-to-date equipments. By doing so, teachers will be able to use[have] more ways to make their class more attracting{"involving" might be better here} and vivid, like multi-media, [and] internet, than just reading textbooks to them. Also students will have [the] chance to do experiments, in which way they can prove what they have learn[ed] and explore the charm of knowledge.
In conclusion, I think increase[increasing] teachers’ salaries is not the best way to increase the education quality. Support[ing] the training programs for teachers and finance[financing] the schools with better equipments will contribute more to that goal.
