I always have problems differentiating how to say these words when I speak. Can you guys help me out. It is becoming embarrasing! Thx.

I am afraid your recording didn't work and it was impossible to hear what you said.

Anyhow, I'll say the two words for you - walk work

Let's put them both in a sentence:

Every day I walk to work.

Thanks for the quick response. I know how to use the words very well. My problem is pronouncing it correctly. I will like the responses to my question in audio format so I can listen to it. I guess I don't know how to record on my computer but I do get to listen to the audios.

Hi Alan, I was surprised that you pronounced the "r" in work. Aren't most British accents non-rhotic? I will give my Southern US version of your recording now.
