Howdy~

When I was a child, I had seen a TV program that talk about the rhythm in language. Actually, I'm not so sure what it talk about cause it isn't my mother tongue... I still don't know what it's.

The show host said that any languages have their own rhythm.
Therefor, one who listened to a foreign language for ages, a time enough to understand haft what they heard, could realize if other talk somethings wrong in their structures, words, etc. even they talk fluently enough.

At this age, I couldn't understand all he said but what I typed above. When I do a multiple choice English test, I sometimes use this way to have a right choice.
Does it worth? Uhm, not enough to make an A but it's worth. I love to read novel, fanfictions, fairy-tales, etc.

So, if you interest in language or ...find my post full of mistake :))

Hi,

A good example of the rhythm in English is what is called the iambic pentameter. This is explained in this video:
