Good afternoon Mr and Mrs I'm glad to write this letter to you in fact I'm calling Frank Elysee,I'm a Rwandan student in Uganda at Cavendish Uganda university I'm 22 years old.I have been interested since I have got your first letter told me that you accept me as a member of English test.In other way I take long time to look for where I can learn English and ameliorate it,but I'm happy because www.english-test.net come as like is my answer and I think for this time I'm going to learn it and how to speak it,dear Mr and Mrs please I need your help I want to know English because my mother tongue was french and for this time I relies that french can't help me so teach me English because is very important than french. I beg your pardon,and I know that your English will help me in my life wherever I'll go.So you tell me about how can I'll give the answers of test, really I'm interested of it.
