Laura is a linesmoman. When she gets in a cab, the driver asks her "You with the tennis center?"

What does it mean? Is it short for "Are you with the tennis center" to mean "do you work with the tennis center? "

By the way, is the tennis center an orgnization?

Thanks

Your guesses are correct and it could be either, depending on the context (Are you associated with the tennis center?)

It sounds in this context as if it is an organisation or a club.
