Please refer to Test No.155 on 'Age' Terms.
A ......... is an older child whose age ranges between 13 to 19 years old.

That test question needs correction. Thanks for pointing it out. However, 'test No. 155' is not enough information for me to pinpoint it in the database. The numbering system is complex, and I don't know which set of tests you are looking at.
Please is it possible to provide a direct link (URL) to the test on the site. From there I should be able to pinpoint it in the database in order to make changes. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

Hello again,
I did a little detective work and found the test, so please ignore my request for a link. In future though, it would be very useful if you could include one.
I have used 'from' instead of 'between' in that question. I have also made some changes to a number of other questions from the same test. Unfortunately, the changes won't be reflected on the website until the database is refreshed. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

Yes, Bev, you are right. Here are the other errors that I have noticed: 45-years-old; 35-years-old; who is recently born; teen. Errors often creep in. After all, to err is human. THL _________________ Anglophile |

I found the first three but I don't recall correcting a mistake with 'teen'. I'll have to check. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

I'm afraid you will find similar ones in other tests as well. For instance, the structure of
Question 7 in Test No.154 on 'Where, Why, What, When & How'
7 Man: If we don't bring a map, ......... we will know where to go? Woman: I just bought a GPS system and that will tell us where to go.
(a) where (b) how (c) why (d) what

Thank you again.
Someone has already corrected that test on the database, which reflects the question '... will we know'. I'm rather concerned that the edits aren't being picked up and uploaded to the website. I've raised this question with Torsten previously. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |
