What does it mean?

I could not / cannot help it = I was / I am unable to refrain from or avoid doing it; I was/am obliged to do it.

Thanks Teacher.
And Asif brother, you are right.
Assalam O Alaikum is an Arbic spoken greeting.
It means "peace be upon you"
