This is from bible corinthians3:21

No one, then, should boast about "what" human beings can do.

(1) Until one of the language professionals answers, may I start?

(2) My favorite grammar book says that "what" in that kind of

sentence is an indefinite relative pronoun.

(3) That is, your sentence means something like:

No one, then, should boast about THAT WHICH human beings can

do.
