What is the meaning of "At times" ?
I think it means, At proper time or when proper time comes ?

At times = some of the time; sometimes.

At all times = all of the time; always.

To clarify that sentence you need to add the verb/adverb to relate to Janan too:

Ali plays cricket very well at times but Janan plays well at all times.
