I would not have him dead.
Said Spartacus in the same called movie.
Would it correct for him to say:
1. I don't want him to die.
2. I don't wish him to be killed.
3. I have no desire of seeing him dead.
4. I won't be glad if he falls in death.
5. I prefer to have him alive.
6. He is not one who deserves to die.
7. I consider him worthy not to be slaughtered.
