Well for number one, this is my opinion. I'm not a teacher, just a fellow ESL student.
1. Depends on how you say it EX:She was ill on raging AIDS! (Not a problem) She was ill with AIDS for many years now, the AIDS is dormant as of now.
2. it depends on what you are talking about, if this "She" is actually a thing it make sense, or you can just say "She wasn't at fault"
3. Hardly never goes is correct English. Heard it a billion times, however, I don't know if it's correct grammar. The never is an added word that makes the sentence sounds more natural to some people. |

I know this is really weird, but I think you have to be uneducated to understand what I mean. Try to see this in an uneducated point of view?
You see the never is to describe the next word. It is used like an ADJ.
How does she hardly goes to the swimming pool? She hardly "never" goes. It's not used by educated people but I heard it used by many native speakers of English. |

1. "on" is wrong. I prefer "with", but "from" is also feasible I guess. 2. As BR says. 3. "hardly never" is wrong. Even if you hear native speakers say it, you should not copy them. You can say "Because she has moved away, she hardly ever goes to the swimming pool any more." |
