Do you think that two sentences below are all correct?
And can you explain it or give me some comments

We look forward to the opportunity of being of service to you.
We thank you for the opportunity to be of service to you.

Both are in use and grammatically correct. The first anticipates the opportunity; the second speaks of the opportunity already given.

opportunity of being of service to you
opportunity to be of service to you

They are not sentences. They would mean the same if the sentence verb were the same.
