Hi Alan
Thanks for your prompt reply.
By the way, can you explain to me in which situation we will use the word "notified party" and what does it present for?
Besides that, I have been looking for the meaning of logistics, cos I really get confused about this word,.Can you also help me out?

Thank you very much

.
Notified party is a legal phrase, and you will find it mostly in written agreements-- contracts, warranties, leases, etc. The notified party is the person(s) that have received a formal message of information.

Logistics = NOUN: (used with a sing. or pl. verb) 1. The aspect of military operations that deals with the procurement, distribution, maintenance, and replacement of materiel and personnel. 2. The management of the details of an operation; the planning, implementation, and coordination of the details of a business or other operation.
