Are these following sentences grammatically correct?

1. Who are all in your home? (I mean how many members in your home and who are they?)

2. Is there anyone else come in the office? (I want to ask my friend who are all come the office morning other than him )

Please correct me if I am wrong and provide proper sentence.

Hi Micawber,
Thanks for the reply. It was useful, but one more request on this overall sentence ("what are their relationships to you?" ) seems to be very formal, can you suggest a sentence in casual way or very simple.
