Hello,
Can you check this answers for me??

Identify each type of phrase in parenthesis and its head:-

1- Nancy is [very clever].
Is this a adverbial phrase?

2- She left [quite suddenly].
Adverb Phrase.

3- The bird flew [through the window].
Prepositional phrase modifies verb adverbially,or I can say Adverb Phrase.

4- [Walking through the forest], the hunter felt the flashlight [coming through the sky].
[Walking through the forest]: A participle phrase.
[coming through the sky]: Also a participle phrase.

5- [Playing football] is his favourite sport.
Gerund phrase.

6- The doctor is [very late].
Adverb Phrase.

7- He graduated [very recently].
Adverb Phrase.

8- My sister is [fond of animals].
Prepositional Phrase modifies an adjective adverbially,or I can say an adjective phrase.

9- I [am happy to meet you].
Infinitive Phrase.

[coming through the sky]: Also a participle phrase.-- Yes, but it does not make sense.
Both are adverbial.
5- OK
6- OK
7- OK
8- My sister is [fond of animals]. Prepositional Phrase modifies an adjective adverbially -- No
or I can say an adjective phrase.-- Yes
9- I [am happy to meet you]. Infinitive Phrase.- No. Only 'to meet you' is an infinitive phrase.

There is no need for 'has' in #2.
