From TOEIC listening part III, set 6, exercise 3:
About the buses:
1.the 325 express= Express 325?-Can we write like that without the change of meaning?
2. the regular 325= Regular 325?-Can we write like that without the change of meaning?

Or both forms are acceptable and the second ones (after:=) are better?

Since we are talking about specific bus routes, you need the definite article. As for the word order, the number comes before the type of bus (the 325 express).
