None taken, Terrence. It just struck me as humorous because there was once a thread here in which someone wanted to know whether you could say "the car jerked to a stop" (or something like that) and the ensuing discussion was quite difficult because the software kept censoring out the word 'jerk'. I've never be able to quite figure out how software programmers come up with their lists of no-nos.

Very pleased to meet you btw. I think the the list of no nos can be manually set........trouble with that of course, you need to manually type everything in that you don't want to see/hear, and given all the stuff out there (in each language) it could take a while ;-). |

Hello, I think I'm really the new baked cake here. Is it right to say that in this way?
My name is Rebecca and I'm come from China. I like to read, dance, paint, sing.....and many many others. I think my English need improvements and I want to study and handle it well. That's why I wanted to find some more English tests online and I found this website. As everyone knows, English is a fun language to learn. I think everyone in the world is learning English now and that's why I don't want to step back or slow down.
Besides read English books, speak more and listen more. How can I do to improve my English? :roll: :wink: |

hello everyone, I have some poblems in writting skills for the TOEFL iBT, at first it seems that i was getting improved but now i am getting worse, and I have problem in starting the speakig tests , I mean for the topic sentances, would anyone do me a favor and advice me somehow...
