Hi!I am 42 years old male from Finland and one of my favourite hobbies is to study english.I have taken interest in gym and dancing (waltz, tango, foxtrot etc) also.I am a printer. What is the most difficult thing in english grammar to you?As for me it is prepositions.I have visited Germany (Hannover) many years ago.I liked that city and its liberal athmosphere. At that time I was studying and our class visited in fairs. There is big fair center.I watch DW-TV regularly, they broadcast good documentaries.Every second hour there is a broadcast in english and every second in german.I have watched for example discover Germany and noticed, that there is lots of places with brilliant architecture.Yours sincerly Ari.

Hello everybody, and by thanking in particular to Gunjan. Laughing
I think it's a good forum for all. Hopefully we can learn and practice and talk more and more English. Gunjan, the WEB have given me it’s very interesting and I hope that everyone to take advantage of using this link will help us practice hearing each word as are their respective pronunciation. Wink
I’d like to tell to everyone. I'm from Chile; this is in the South American continent. My native language is Spanish. If you want one of those, besides English, learn Spanish I will be available to teach anyone who wants. Very Happy

Best compliments to everyone,
In particular to Gunjan who is been responding the forum. Cool

Hi all,

Today I learned lesson 4, possessive adjectives I am trying much as I can to create using the possessive adjectives.
I am Hoado. I am from Vietnam. I am a teacher. I work at a University in Hanoi. Most our teachers are from Hanoi. My subject is history. My director is a nice man. His wife works at our school, so she is also my college. Their son is a third year student at our school. Some of my colleagues have their husband or wife work at my school too. So you can call my school is a school family.

Have a good day !

Dear Victor, oh right "Vic", I've never been in your country although I've visited a lot of countries cause of my job. My name is Calogero but everybody call me simply "Lillo" as you can imagine, I'm Italian and returning to the former sentence I've seen many countries thanks to the Navy; in fact I'm a Chief petty officer of Italian Navy and very often I have to sail on board of warships toward places not everytime friendly. I would apologize both about my grammar and my "word list" skills but, how you can see, English is not my mother language. My hobbies are very different than yours, in fact during my freetime I like building several different kinds of electronic gadget such as alarm systems, radio receivers, electronic instruments and so on. I realize I have just an hobby like yours: reading. Let me tell you I like to read scientific as well as historical books, but often I read novels interesting several topics like spy or adventure stories.
Hoping to be not much unpleasant and realizing you need mainly talking with native English people let me wishing the best for you.
Best regards, Lillo.
Lillo
