Hi all! my name is Cynthia. I'm new here. I live in a very large city in Argentina. I live in Buenos Aires. I love english, and I want to be able to speak it perfectly well. I think we can learn from each other, because all of us have a common interest. I beleive that if we can express ourselves, we'll feel more open and confidents. So, let's practice a lot, and keep in touch to get to know each other, little by little. Big hug for everybody! Cynthia |

Hi Everybody,
In this busy and competitive life everyone is worried. Here are five things that can improve happiness. 1. Be Grateful: We should write letters of gratitude to people who helped us in some way. At the beginning it is difficult to implement this habit but after sometimes you feel a big change. Either you are sending letter to those people or not but you will feel great happiness. 2. Be Optimistic: the optimistic thinking always give you feeling of happiness like to visualize your ideal future… to visualize a good picnic with your love ones. After sometimes you will feel that you are happy. 3. Count your blessings: we must create a habit to write down 2,3 good things that have happened to us in a week. Like: someone helped us in a difficult time…you were stuck in a problem and who came and assisted you…that will give you happiness. 4. Use your strength: Just try to identify your strengths and try to use these in different way. For example someone say that he is a good player or writer or has good sense of humor ….. must write it. 5. Commit acts of kindness: write down that you helped in a week to someone… like when you are donating some money or time to needy people it will give you uncountable pleasure….
Just leave yourself free for few seconds and think about it.
Thank you so much.
Regards,

Hi Mr. Kitto,
When i was in college i had a big circle of my friends but now i left everything. I have two best friends. To whome i can share my all problems and happiness. One is my anti and one is my mother. I love my mother and try to share everything with her. Sometimes i feel that i am selfish when i am discussing my problems with my mother because she will be worried. I am not living with my mother thats why i miss her alot. This is a biggest problem with me... i try not to discuss my problems with her but i cannot control myself. until and unless i discuss my matters with her i cannot feel relax. After discussing i feel relax and sleep very well and my mother she remains worried. I feel sorry to myself and say sorry to God.
Hope God will not mind as I love her and i cannot hide anything.
thanks.
Regards,
Fairy |

Hi Mr. Kitto,
Thank you so much. After listenning you I noticed that I was too much in hurry. Which is of course wrong....Maybe it is difficult to speak with mic :). Now I will try to be slow in speaking.
Let me write something and then i will record that message as well.
Thanks.
Good Night

Hi. Mr Kito, thank you so much for your words. They made me feel really good. I agree with you. I think we can do possitive things to turn the perspective of our lives more and more interestings and full of love and compasion. Two words that are not used often in these days. It is always good to find, reminders... just to slow down our rythm, stop for a minute, and become an observer of life and nature. Thank you again, and have a great week. Cynthik |
