Hi Torsten/Teachers,

I am Vinay from India. How are you doing? thank you very much for sending e-mails.

I am working as a Web Designer. I am very good in designing web pages but because of my poor english(both written and spoken

english) I lost lots of carrier opportunities, I come to know that with out good english I can't servive in this industry, so finally I

decided to improve my english. My big problem is I won't get much words while speaking and I do gramatical mistakes, please

help me to overcome this problem.

Thanks

Vinay

Hello Torsten,

Thanks for your reply, I have gone through the article really it's interesting and I will start the 30/30 Challenge after collecting all the materials that are required to start the challenge.

And one more thing I want to ask you is that, how is my English? Could you find mistakes from my last two posts in this topic.

Thanks and Regards

Hi Vinay,

I'm very glad you are going to start the Challenge -- all you really need is access to English language mass media such as NBC, BBC, CNN or SkyNews. As a matter of fact, if you have a broadband Internet connection, you can start the Challenge right away.

Your English is pretty good and it will be even better when you complete the 30/30 Challenge.

Regards,
Torsten

hi all,
I'm from iran and love to be here among you ,who love to master this damn language.all my life I ve been very close to english partly because as an engineer i need english to expand my field of knowledge and partly to communicate with other engineers.but sadly recently i ve realised although i understand english perfectly,my fluency and command of english has its short comings.my english tone has interacted with my native one too. so ive decided to start a serious review of what i had known before.and i really appreciate any one who can help me on this path.that's why im here right now and i hope that i succeed with the kidness of my new friends.finally i would like to thanks all those who made this site possible.
