Personally, I would answer, 'That doesn't make sense.' It's the wrong verb.
The answer to the question, 'What are you up to?' depends on a) What you are doing. b) How precise or accurate you want to be with your reply.
- Nothing in particular. - Just hanging around. - I'm finishing off some work. - Using the Internet. - I'm in town doing some shopping. - I'm about to go shopping.

I dont know whats wrong with it.?... i've heard it alot, it offcourse depends on situation. maybe we should add "what are you going to to?" or "whats inside your mind"
I have got another question. people use someone use everyone ? |

'do' is the wrong verb. If you hear it a lot (not 'alot' - there's no such word as that either!) then the people who say it are not speaking English correctly.
a person uses... people use...
The others depend on context:
