need help : grammar check

Dear all :could you help me in checking the following :
I have purchase new phone from Nokia type ….Serial …………., its working speed is too bad, I had been sent it many times to maintenance center without success in solving the malfunctioning of the mobile , the following phenomenon has been occurred always :
1- After the majority of the received calls , the phone screen become freeze , and does not respond to any key… I should stay waiting them to respond again!!
2- After long calls the phone becomes heat up.
3- Recently the phone speaker voice level become very low , it’s difficult to hear others voice .
4- GPS not work & the map cannot be installed.
I have visit Nokia customer service many times , they do the following :
1- To solve the problem no.1 :They reinstall the software many times.
2- When I repeat the visit to him they format the memory & reinstall the software without any good result.
3- The customer service told me that nothing can be done for the mobile, they will reinstall the software as I can visit him.

Finally , I think Nokia have major manufacturing defect in my mobile, nokia customer service not able to maintain there product
Now I am considering registering a case in the claims court as the
mobile was malfunctioning. My claim will include compensation & change the mobile hope you are able to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
