The use of "AND" in singular form

PLEASE KINDLY HELP ME TO GIVE EXAMPLE
USING 'AND' in singular form

like

Ham and Egg is my breakfast

what other "and" form singular using different subject but one common description?

Usually, your example would be 'ham and eggs'.

How about 'salt and pepper', 'black and white', Mark and Mary (or any other names), computer and monitor, paper and pencil, book and pen.
