Would you prefer to live in a traditional house or in a modern apartment building. Use specific reasons and details to support your choice.

In modern world there many variations of houses to live in. Some people choose to live in a traditional house and the others prefer to live a modern apartment building. I for one live in a modern apartment for many good reasons. So reasons for this go as follows.
Firstly, placement of my modern apartment building suits my taste. Every useful stuff like shops, restaurants, cafes, metro station is close to my home. That's why when i very hungry and tired i prefer to go to the cafe ''Rose''. So why i am saying this, cause, in my hometown traditional houses are situated nearly outside of the city. So when you need an urgent help or to have fun staying in the traditional house wouldn't be an appropriate place. Modern apartment buildings are one of the hives of cosmopolitan city.
Secondly, modern apartment building don't take much place as it does the traditional house. It is a very mobile and cosy place to live in such an apartment. It is a hive of hundreds of people. In our populated Earth we have to live in the modern apartment building.
Thirdly, living in a modern apartment building is ecologically sefficient thing. You needn't cut trees only for you as ypu have chosen to live in a traditional house. Now eco-cities are being constucted and we could see after a few years self sufficient modern apartment buildings with rain purifying systems which could make a clear water, solar panneled systems which would heat a full apartment and carbon neutral systems which would fight against carbon dioxide at least making it neutral. So that's why for my point of view living in a modern apartment building is ecologically clear business.
Forthly, living in a modern apartment building is ecenomically efficient. Cause you needn't make water, heat, gas supply for extra money as you need in a traditional house. Time, energy, money consuming and headache won't be your problem if you prefer to live in a modern apartment building.
To sum up, I prefer to live in a modern apartment building for it's good placement, economically and ecologically efficiency and it doesn't take an enormous territory of a country.
