Nowadays,some companies have started to offer their workers choosing their own working time periods.This application is called flexible working hours.Thanks to this system,workers arrenge their work time how they want.However;this application may seem unproffessional in working life, this flexibility is useful and effective for workers.
First of all,workers do not get up very early everyday.They can choise their starting time to work at this application.This time can be later than determined time of company.So,workers start the day better and fresh.They come to work lovely and eagerly.As a result,happiness on the workers helps to increase of their productivity.
Secondly,choosing working time periods will be helpful for working women.They can adjust house duties and their children’s needing easily.They can spend more time with their family and friends thanks to this system.In addition they can spend more time for themselves.They find opportunity to supply their needings such as coiffeur and shopping.Working women’s life become easier owing to flexible working hours.
On the other hand,some opponents claim that this application may reduce workers concentration on work.When they come to work lately,this may make difficult to adapt working easily.Ease can be observed on the workers.However,flexible working hours increase satisfaction of workers to company.They come to work whenever they want and this flexilibity is a price for them.They will work more efffective to gain this price.
To sum up,we can easily see that flexible working hours application have to be choosen by the companies although there are some opponents ideas.Choosing working time periods by workers ensure them spending more time with their family and coming work eagerly.If companies want to increase productivity and satisfaction on workers,they should start choosing their own working time periods application to them.
