Is there a mistake?
"The English spoken..." sounds correct to me as you differenciate between the Englishes.
For that reason "the" is appropriate to my mind.

Well, what does your answer key say? _________________ I have learnt that "sorry" is not enough; sometimes you actually have to change.

Well....my sweet sweet grammar book says that in the first sentence, "the one" is used incorrectly, as “English" is not a countable noun....
As in the second sentence, it says that "as do" should be replaced by "as with".... = = |

Thank you for coming back on it,
Providing the information you do have helps others, who want to help you, focus on the exact problem. ; - )
I did not focus on the second sentence, though.
"I go to school everyday by taking bus," doesn't sound correct to me either.

Naturally: I go to school by bus every day, as do most students who live in my city.
Everyday (a 1 word phrase) means ordinary or commonplace. Every day (a 2 word phrase) means daily. The biggest mistake there is that you should have used 'every day'. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

I do not understand grammar in this sentence below.
I go to school every day by taking bus, as do most students that live in my city.
I'd say
I go to school every day by taking a bus, as most students that live in my city do.
Thanks |
